Public Services
The Public Services division provides research and instructional assistance to the University’s students, faculty, staff and the community. Departments and services in the division of Public Services include:

- Circulation
- Government Documents Services
- Library Instruction/Information Literacy
- Tutorial
- Library Hours
The Reference Department is located on the first floor of the Library. This Department provides a variety of resources and scholarly research assistance for the academic community. The Circulation Department assists with the circulation of books and access to reserve materials. The Government Documents collection provides patrons with access to federal documents in electronic formats. Patrons needing assistance should check with the reference librarian on duty at the Service Desk. To familiarize Blazer Library users with the various resources and services throughout the entire Library, Library Instruction/Information Literacy is a service provided upon request for patrons.
An expanded service called KILT empowers patrons to become lifelong learners.
